Dream it to earn it

Dreams are the bread and butter of the business world. Every business has a dream behind it. People always dreamt of flying and today we have spectacular flying machines fulfilling these dreams.

A business is almost like a miracle based on the collective and organized efforts, as the kind of things it achieves can be much beyond what humans individually can ever dream of. The spiral and exponential effects on the astounding results, of the arrival of the AI, Communications, Internet, Genetics etc. is again just beginning of where all this might lead to. Even the fact that at present humans have even started dreaming of immortality for man in this millennium. (based on Genetics and rejuvenation...) And with this we will need to solve the mysteries linked to the origin of the universe too. As with huge populations and such outrageous claims we will need to keep up the human victory over space travel and mysterious Time and what not (Teleportation).

The businesses and machines of today outlast the humans in time and strength. And though all the humans' achievements like the Computers... are termed as Artificial Intelligence, in reality these too are not quite artificial, as indirectly they too are brought into this world by the humans who are natural vehicles of this marvelous mind-boggling(are these really as or more marvelous then ourselves - Or is is it a kind of a divine creative and ethical race setup by the creation? even if we avoid saying explicitly the creator) creation...

Already Genetics & Genomics has been able to identify the estimated 30,000 genes as far back as 2003, comprising the human Genome. The Genome is the complete set of DNA for the organism. So these astounding sets of over 3 billion DNA base pairs in case of humans are the basic genetic material or hereditary instructions sets present in all cells with nuclei - termed Eukaryotic, from which the whole body can be created and maintained.

The life here including humans is really very complex but at the roots is composed of Carbon, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Nitrogen. Also Calcium, Sulfur, Phosphorus, Chlorine. It's basic functions are self-reproduction based on getting energy, repair and reproduction. The three components of the food are Glucose (C6H12O6), Protein and Fats with water.

The mother cell Ovum and the father cell Sperm (2 gametes) get together and result into a single cell the fertilized Zygote which is an eukaryotic cell (as opposed to prokaryotes like Bacteria where the nucleus is not membrane bound)

The 2 Gametes are also called haploid cells in case of humans having half the number of chromosomes that is 23. These 2 Haploids fuse together to form a single cell the zygote which is Diploid and so with 46 chromosomes to lead to the formation of a complete individual with characteristics of both parents. When a human dreams he is auto-suggesting to the subconscious something very profound. And when we talk of the subconscious we are moving into the realm of the soul most likely.

We all know well that the living bodies are very temporary. Still the lasting impact of these bodies on the Earth and the environment is extraordinary. Buildings, machines, software & artificial intelligence which have power to achieve and compute such awesome figures and numbers, all these could not come into existence without the power of dreams and vision.

To dream is to be creative as it surpasses the human limits. We still have a long way to go as even the size of the universe is unfathomable by the human mind. It is still tottering with the mysteries of this universe without and within - the Macro & the Micro. The Cosmos is the ultimate playground for the human soul and the body.

Life is not a Mystery or a net of Maya but the Game of Maya where the playground is unlimited and the dreams have the power to transcend and channelize this frustrating limitedness or limitlessness into something within reach of all of us.

So the subconscious is like a common point between all living beings. Today we see even mediocre people savoring the fruits of all that the big businesses have achieved. A business by its definition brings together a team of organized like-minded humans and unleashes their creativity into something so powerful that it is almost divine.

After all only Gods or birds can fly. So dream and be happy and positive only.

I am Sanjay Bhatnagar from West Delhi. I am an Electronics / Computer science engineer from IIT Delhi, by profession. I work on the LAMP stack linked to database performance tuning & optimization. So I am mostly into the details of the Linux OS, Apache server, MySQL & PHP. I work from home as a consultant freelancer with a high-tech company into IT from Noida.

Apart from work I have many passions and interests. One is playing games like Billiards and Snooker on weekends or whenever possible.

There is another passion which is the French language which I find fascinating. Earlier in my career I had been on a training for Alcatel, the Telephone exchange giant, in Brittany in France. Finally I stayed over six years in this marvellous country and learned the French language first hand. Before going there, in Mumbai and Delhi I used to practice regularly with a guide and cassettes. So I already had much theoretical knowledge about the grammar and vocabulary of the language. Once there I was required to work in French from day number one.

Now I am still keeping in touch with the language through reading, friends and occassional assignments. Plus I have been and keep coaching students of all levels for French language. Then I have done lot of translation and interpretation assignments.

I am confident that I can tutor anyone from scratch to speak the language in 3-6 months. And now with tele-technologies and skype etc it is possible to have conferences almost like live presence. So distance is no problem. With real time audio and video the time to travel is also cut dwon.

French is a very rich language and much more ancient than English. In fact English is much influenced by French in many ways. There is some portion which is common between the two languages but the prononciation in French is drastically different from English & that is why it is quite difficult for students from English background, especially to speak. It is supposed to be the most sweet language of the world and pleasing to listen to.

Knowledge of French is a big push to the career for any young individual as it is nearly the second most spoken langauge of the world after English. France is a delightful country with exquisite cuisine and many beautiful attractions including the long coastline full of beaches and rocks. And obviously the well known city of Paris is a very big tourist attraction with the river Seine and the Eiffil tower.

Life is a gamble ?

On a warm summer evening on a train bound to Norway
I met up with a gambler, we were both too tired to sleep

then he bummed a cigarette asked me for a light
and the night got deathly quiet and his face lost all expression
and somewhere in the darkness the gambler he broke even
in his final words i found an ace that i could keep
You gotta know when to hold them
know when to fold them
know when to walk away
know when to run
you never count your money while u re sitting at the table
u ll have time enough to count it when the deal is done

Mind over matter

Two travellers in Tibet were trudging a long distance on foot.
When they beheld a flag waving in the wind.
It was a red triangular flag with a circular hole in it.
One traveller-look the flag is moving
Other traveller-what a sucker. Its not the flag but the wind thats moving.
And so they argued with no end.
Fortunately a Buddhist monk was passing that way.
So they saw a way out of their predicament.
They approached the monk and apprised him with the crux of their argument.
The monk with a wicked smile playing on his lips addressed them and said mercilessly-Oh my poor men its neither the flag or the wind thats moving but its the mind thats moving.
